I have four children, three with special needs. Kara started working for us during a difficult time when two of my children were in and out of treatment facilities and my life was overrun with appointments and dealing with challenging behavior. Kara brought such calm and joy into our chaotic house! She was able to help my kids do their homework, manage their sometimes difficult behavior, and made sure everyone had fun all the while. Kara was always flexible to accommodate whatever I needed that given day – whether it was throwing together a kid friendly dinner with what was in the fridge, or holding the baby while I caught my breath, or taking the kids out of the house. She is professional, reliable, skilled and behavior management, and a really, really wonderful person.
